Our high-performing team has been together delivering comprehensive, master data solutions since 2009. We have experts to deliver every phase of the solution: the assessment of your current master data maturity, data strategy development, business process design or redesign, project planning and management, master data quality profiling, data migration, data cleansing, automated data governance and data disposition. Recognizing that master data in your ERP becomes metadata in your ECM, we've expanded our reach to include best practice governance of documents and records. Our team can assist your company to move beyond records management to applying governance principles regardless of the format in which the data, information, or content exists.

She is an expert on implementing best practices for managing asset and supply chain data in asset-intensive companies. Carla has spent over 25 years managing data-centric projects for asset-intensive companies utilizing experience gained working in Oil & Gas, Transportation, and Utilities. Carla’s PMP designation and her dedication to the PMP principles have allowed her to implement cost-effective solutions to master data and business practices to improve work management and reliability.

He is an expert on best practices for managing asset and supply chain data in asset-intensive companies. Bill has over 40 years of extensive expertise in enterprise asset management, founded on 25 years of operations and maintenance experience in Oil and Gas and Mining, including implementation and support of asset management systems, all reinforced by a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Bill has vast and varied experience in Data Governance and Data Quality Management in a variety of industries including Oil and Gas, Energy Transmission, Pulp and Paper, and Manufacturing.

He started his career in Oil & Gas but has since consulted across many industries including Utilities, Mining, Chemicals, and Heavy Manufacturing. His early background as an Instrumentation Journeyman, Planning team leader, and Warehouse manager inspired him to develop cost-effective solutions to master data and business practices to improve work management and reliability.
